Jason Thomas is a People Science Consultant at Glint. Prior to joining Glint, Jason led the Workforce Engagement program for a large healthcare survey provider – consulting with hundreds of healthcare organizations on how to positively improve their culture and the experience of their patients and consumers. Jason also has strong experience in the realm of talent assessment, as well as years spent measuring the impact of consumer and brand awareness in the market. Driven by an intense curiosity for life and exceptionally resourceful, Jason approaches each organization and culture with an innovative “out of the box” mentality. Creative, ambitious, and with a mind for the analytics, Jason prides himself on his overall social skills, patience, and general thirst for knowledge. Jason strives to understand the complexities of human behavior and inspire his client partners to be change agents.

Jason holds an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, focusing on survey design and organizational development.
