Connected Manufacturing Virtual Roundtable, Hosted by Cambridge Semantics
Data Interoperability: The Key Enabler to Digital Transformation

Digital Transformation trends such as Internet of Things (IoT), Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Connected Enterprise, Digital Twin and Digital Thread promise to achieve unprecedented levels of automation and autonomy.

Interoperability of components, devices and systems is critical to successful digital transformation. Without it, organizations will continue to spend precious resources on costly, ineffective and brittle data integration and the full value of automation will not be achieved. In other words, the ability to locate, understand, access, integrate and trust data is a key enabler of Digital Transformation.

This roundtable will discuss the importance of data interoperability including:

• Key interoperability standards
• Enabling technologies, including the data fabric, graph, and semantics
• Methodologies that enable organizations to realize the full value of Digital Transformation.
• Harmonize Your Data for Optimal Interpretation and Insights
• The Role of Data Fabrics to Make Your Company’s Analytics More Actionable and Effective
